Chili Sailing

Theme: Bring Chili or other food and snacks to share for lunch on the water.

The boat will depart 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

When you arrive meet at E Dock security gate and text Oliver at 425-943-0940.

Only claim a ticket if you plan to attend. If an unexpected issue prevents you from joining, cancel promptly so your spot can be offered to another guest. To cancel your ticket through text to Oliver at 425-943-0940.

Requirements: 

• Ages 5 and up

• Desire to go sailing.

• Ability to take a large step when boarding or stepping off the boat.

• Knowledge of sailing is not required.

• Avoid wearing open toe shoes (example Flip Flops) or large boots for safety.

• Dress appropriately for the weather.

A safety briefing and trip overview will be provided before departure. Life jackets will be available for all guests. Smoking and drug use are not permitted.

You are welcome to bring snacks and alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages to share. Do not bring red wine or other beverages that may stain. If consuming alcohol, limit yourself to no more than one drink per hour. The captain does not drink alcohol.

Parking: Plenty of guest parking is available at the back of the parking lot. Please avoid spaces reserved for marina residents, which are marked with a blue stripe in front of the space. For convenient access to E Dock, park near the south end of the marina toward Ballard.

Weather Cancellations: We will not cancel for light rain or cold weather, so please dress warm and bring gloves. If heavy rain or wind gusts above 25 mph are expected, a cancellation decision will be made one hour before departure. Text Oliver to confirm 425-943-0940
