The Indefatigable 
Incapable of Being Fatigued

Nickname The "Indy"

Named after the 1784 HMS Indefatigable, a warship popularized in C. S. Forester's Hornblower novels. The main fictional character Horatio Hornblower is Oliver's alter ego.  

In WWII the aircraft carrier Indefatigable,  was the Allied British fleet member present for the Japanese surrender ceremony on September 2, 1945.  The Japanese surrender occurred on the USS Missouri.
